GCM apreende moto com placa artesanal em Capivari

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Capivari (SP) deteve um rapaz de 24 anos por conduzir uma moto sem habilitação, neste sábado (17), no bairro Raia. A moto estava com um emplacamento artesanal e as numerações de identificação apagadas.

A equipe da GCM estava em patrulhamento pela Avenida Pio XXII, quando suspeitou do condutor da Honda CG 125 que possuía uma placa artesanal.

Na abordagem, os guardas constataram que além do emplacamento irregular, os sinais de identificação no chassis e no motor do veículo estavam apagadas.

O condutor não possuía habilitação e disse à equipe que adquiriu a moto por R$ 1,9 mil de uma outra pessoa.

Os guardas apreenderam o veículo e apresentaram o condutor no 1º Distrito Policial (DP). Ele prestou depoimento e foi liberado.
