Adolescente com mandado de busca e apreensão é detido

O adolescente com mandado de busca e apreensão por tráfico de drogas foi apreendido pela Polícia Militar, nessa quarta-feira (09), no bairro Jardim Brasil.

Os Policiais Militares Sargento Simões e Soldado Rodrigues, em patrulhamento pelo bairro Jardim Brasil, abordou um jovem suspeito e, em revista pessoal, nada de ilícito foi encontrado.

Porém, em pesquisa foi constatado um mandado de busca e apreensão, expedido em 02/09/2020, por ato infracional de tráfico de drogas. O indivíduo então foi apresentado a Unidade Policial para as providências de Polícia Judiciária.

A autoridade policial determinou a elaboração do boletim de ocorrência e a internação do adolescente na Fundação Casa Rio Amazonas, em Campinas, ficando a disposição do Poder Judiciário. O adolescente deve ficar apreendido até março de 2021.
