Adolescente com mandado judicial em seu desfavor é apreendida

A adolescente com mandado de busca e apreensão por tráfico de drogas foi localizada pela Guarda Municipal no bairro São Manoel, na manhã dessa segunda-feira (21).

Nessa segunda-feira (21), a equipe dos Guardas Civis Municipais Suellen, Brunelli e Cristian, durante patrulhamento pelo bairro São Manoel, avistou uma adolescente já conhecida nos meios policiais.

A jovem de 17 anos possuía um mandado judicial em aberto em seu desfavor, por tráfico de drogas. Foi então realizada a abordagem e busca pessoal, mas nada de ilícito foi encontrado.

Diante dos fatos, lido seus direitos constitucionais, a adolescente foi conduzida ao Plantão Policial, onde o delegado elaborou o boletim de ocorrência de captura de menor e a recolheu na Fundação Casa em São Paulo.
