PM APREENDE MENOR QUE FURTOU BICICLETA EM GARAGEM DE RESIDÊNCIA

A Polícia Militar (PM) de Americana (SP) apreendeu um menor infrator na madrugada desta terça-feira (28), após o abordar em posse de uma bicicleta furtada da garagem de um imóvel situado no bairro Vila Santa Catarina.

Por volta das 3h15, os Soldados Constante e L. Lima, atenderam uma solicitação sobre o crime via 190, que aconteceu na Rua Quintino Bocaiúva.

Com base nas informações sobre o suspeito, foi feito patrulhamento pela região e um indivíduo que batia com a descrição fornecida, encontrado com o objeto furtado no bairro Jardim dos Lírios.

A vítima reconheceu o veículo e o adolescente infrator foi encaminhado a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), juntamente com a mãe.

Um boletim de ocorrência de ato infracional foi registrado e o menor liberado à responsável legal.
