Guarda Municipal encontra drogas em banco de praça no Cidade Nova

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP) encontrou drogas escondidas no banco de uma praça no bairro Cidade Nova, na manhã desta terça-feira (30). Duas pessoas estavam no local e um adolescente de 16 anos foi apreendido por tráfico.

A ocorrência teve início por volta das 10h, na praça Ângelo Benith. Os agentes abordaram o adolescente e um rapaz de 20 anos no local e a princípio, só apreenderam celulares e dinheiro com a dupla.

No entanto, ao vistoriar a área, a equipe encontrou porções de maconha e cocaína escondidas em um banco.

O rapaz alegou que estava ali comprando a droga com o adolescente e os dois foram conduzidos ao plantão policial.

Após ouvir as partes, o delegado autuou apenas o menor por ato infracional de tráfico, e os dois foram liberados.
