TOR apreende grande quantidade de celulares de descaminho em Corumbataí

Abordagem do Tático Ostensivo Rodoviário resulta na apreensão de 591 celulares sem documentação fiscal em rodovia paulista.

Na noite de terça-feira (15), o Tático Ostensivo Rodoviário (TOR) realizou uma significativa apreensão durante a Operação Impacto na SP 310, Rodovia Washington Luís, Km 197,800 Norte, em Corumbataí (SP).

A equipe, com os agentes estaduais, interceptou um veículo de transporte coletivo com itinerário São Paulo-SP a São Luís-MA.

Durante a vistoria do veículo, identificado placas, os agentes descobriram um compartimento oculto repleto de aparelhos celulares de várias marcas e modelos, todos sem a devida documentação fiscal. Esta descoberta evidenciou um caso claro de descaminho, uma prática ilegal de importação de mercadorias.

Após a constatação, a equipe do TOR contatou a Delegacia da Polícia Federal em Piracicaba.

O Delegado Júlio Sávio Monfardini, responsável pelo caso, orientou a apresentação das partes envolvidas, do veículo e dos objetos apreendidos para registro da ocorrência. Na delegacia, foram formalmente apreendidos os 591 celulares e ouvido o então proprietário dos produtos irregulares, que posteriormente foi liberado.
