GCM flagra homem fazendo descarte irregular em Limeira

A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Limeira (SP) flagrou um homem fazendo descarte irregular em uma área verde no Jardim Nova Suíça, na manhã desta terça-feira (31). Ele vai responder por crime ambiental.

De acordo com a GCM, o acusado estava fazendo o descarte de entulhos. Após o flagrante, viaturas Pelotão Ambiental e agentes de trânsito foram ao local.

O abordado estava em uma caminhonete Chevrolet S-10 que não possuía documentação e nem placa traseira. Por conta disso, o veículo ficou apreendido.

O homem confessou que estava fazendo descarte irregular no local pela segunda vez. Horas antes, ele foi denunciado de forma anônima, porém, conseguiu deixar a área sem ser flagrado.

Fiscais do Meio Ambiente informaram que o homem é reincidente. O acusado já teria recebido várias multas por ocorrência semelhante.

O caso foi apresentado no 3º Distrito Policial de Limeira.
