Homem é preso após descumprir medida protetiva contra ex-mulher

Um homem de 36 anos foi preso na tarde deste domingo após descumprir medida protetiva contra a ex-mulher, por volta das 13h13, no Jardim Nossa Senhora Aparecida, em Americana (SP).

De acordo com a Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA), os agentes Lopes e Ivanilse foram acionados para atender uma ocorrência na Rua Jackson de Figueiredo.

No local a vítima relatou que tem uma medida protetiva contra o autor e como ele estava na frente da residência estava descumprindo a restrição.

O homem foi preso e encaminhado á Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
