Polícia Militar prende suspeito de estupro e lesão corporal em Leme

Na tarde desta sexta-feira (5), a Polícia Militar (PM) deteve um homem acusado de estupro de vulnerável e lesão corporal, no bairro Jardim Dibi, em Leme (SP). O suspeito, foi apreendido após perseguir e agredir uma vítima menor de idade.

De acordo com o relatório policial, a ocorrência teve início quando a mãe da vítima, alegou que um homem não conhecido começou a segui-los enquanto retornavam do supermercado. O agressor, passou a ameaçar e fazer gestos obscenos para a família. Próximo à residência da vítima, o criminoso agarrou o menor por trás, realizando atos libidinosos e causando lesões físicas.

A situação escalou rapidamente quando a mãe tentou intervir, resultando em uma luta física entre ela e o agressor. Um pedestre que passava pelo local tentou ajudar, o que levou o suspeito a fugir. Ele foi posteriormente detido por populares e entregue à Polícia Militar.

Autor foi encaminhado para exame de corpo de delito na Santa Casa e, posteriormente, à Central de Polícia Judiciária. O delegado responsável pela ocorrência, Dr. Otavio Volpini Silva, ouviu os relatos da mãe, vítima e criminoso, ratificando a prisão. O suspeito foi acusado de estupro de vulnerável, lesão corporal, ameaça e vias de fato, permanecendo à disposição da justiça na cadeia de Limeira, SP.
