Guarda Municipal de Campinas detém autor de furto no centro

Rápida ação dos agentes municipais resulta na prisão de suspeito e recuperação de celular furtado

Na tarde de terça-feira (16), a Guarda Municipal (GCM) efetuou a prisão de um suspeito por furto, no centro em Campinas (SP). Durante patrulhamento os agentes observaram um homem subtraindo um celular de uma mulher no ponto de ônibus.

O criminoso, ao notar que seria abordado, tentou fugir, adentrando o Mercadão Municipal. Com habilidade, a equipe conseguiu detê-lo, mesmo com a necessidade de uso moderado da força. Ele foi encontrado em posse de um celular Samsung modelo M54.

Para o transporte do detido, foi requisitado apoio de uma viatura. A vítima, inicialmente ausente no local do incidente, foi localizada através de um contato de emergência no celular recuperado. Instruída a comparecer à delegacia, ela teve seu aparelho restituído após prestar depoimento.

O caso foi levado ao 1º Distrito Policial de Campinas, onde o delegado Dr. José Paulo Olímpio Jr. atuou na elaboração do Boletim de Ocorrência, No criminoso foi enquadrando o crime de furto. O suspeito permanece detido, à disposição da justiça.
