Moradores de Sumaré (SP) agrediram e ajudaram a deter um ladrão de 36 anos após ele furtar uma bicicleta na área central da cidade, na tarde desta quarta-feira (24).

Segundo apurado pelo Policial Padrão, o criminoso furtou a bicicleta em um estabelecimento comercial e fugiu sentido à linha do trem.

Uma testemunha flagrou o crime e contou à vítima. A mulher saiu atrás do bandido gritando sobre o furto, e moradores perseguiram o criminoso.

A Polícia Militar (PM) soube do crime e foi ao local. Ao chegar na Avenida da Amizade, a equipe flagrou o autor já detido pelos próprios moradores.

Após o reconhecimento da vítima, a PM encaminhou o ladrão para atendimento médico e depois seguiu ao 1º Distrito Policial. O criminoso ficou preso.
