Um homem de 43 anos teve 80% do corpo queimado durante um incêndio na casa onde mora, no Jardim Santa Clara em Sumaré (SP). O caso aconteceu na manhã deste domingo (7).

Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros, as chamas atingiram o imóvel por volta das 7h30. O homem mora sozinho e grande parte da casa foi afetada pelo fogo.

A Defesa Civil foi até o local e interditou o imóvel após uma vistoria.

A vítima foi levada inicialmente à Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) Matão. Depois, por conta da gravidade dos ferimentos precisou ser transferida para o Hospital Irmãos Penteado em Campinas (SP), que é referência para tratamento de casos de queimaduras.
