Um veículo Volkswagen Gol ficou destruído após um incêndio na noite deste domingo (28), em Campinas (SP). Ninguém ficou ferido.

A polícia foi acionada por volta das 15h, na Rua Professor Mário Giannini, no Parque Residencial Vila União. O Corpo de Bombeiros já estava no local. Os agentes precisaram arrombar o portão para conter as chamas do veículo que ficou destruído.

O dono do carro contou à polícia que o imóvel é locado e utilizado para armazenar cestas básicas. Ele foi acionado por vizinhos no momento em que o incêndio começou.

Segundo o boletim de ocorrência, não havia ninguém no local. A perícia também foi acionada.

A Polícia Civil (PC) investiga as causas do incidente.
