GAMA recebe 184 novos coletes balísticos

Em comemoração aos 78 anos de fundação da Gama (Guarda Municipal de Americana), o prefeito Chico Sardelli e o vice-prefeito Odir Demarchi fizeram nesta segunda-feira (12) a entrega simbólica de um dos 184 coletes balísticos adquiridos pela corporação.

Os coletes balísticos nível 3-A foram adquiridos com um investimento de R$ 331,2 mil e serão distribuídos nesta terça-feira (13), em substituição aos coletes no fim de sua vida útil. Cada um dos equipamentos tem validade de cinco anos.

“Nos 78 anos da Gama temos o privilégio de entregar 184 novos coletes a prova de balas, para que os profissionais de segurança pública da Gama possam ter tranquilidade para trabalhar. Aproveito a oportunidade para parabenizar os patrulheiros pelo trabalho desenvolvido e amplamente reconhecido pelos americanenses. Temos muito orgulho da Gama”, disse Chico.
