Liminar suspende retorno às aulas em áreas que estão nas fases vermelha e laranja decisão desta quinta-feira (28).

A 9ª Vara da Fazenda Pública da Capital suspendeu a retomada de aulas e atividades escolares presenciais nas escolas (públicas, privadas, estaduais e municipais) localizadas em áreas classificadas nas fases vermelha e laranja do Plano São Paulo, em todo o estado.

Consta nos autos que o Decreto 65.384/20 determina o retorno das aulas e demais atividades presenciais, gradualmente, nas unidades de educação infantil, ensino fundamental e ensino médio, localizadas em áreas classificadas nas fases vermelha ou laranja (35% do número de alunos matriculados), fase amarela (70%) e fase verde (100%). Sindicatos de professores entraram na justiça contra a medida….
