Polícia Civil indicia mulher que atropelou idosas em Santa Bárbara

A Polícia Civil indiciou nesta terça-feira (11) uma mulher que atropelou duas idosas de 86 e 90 anos, na área central de Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP). O acidente aconteceu na tarde de sábado (8) e deixou as vítimas em estado grave.

De acordo com a polícia, as idosas estavam a caminho da igreja quando um Fiat Palio as atropelou no cruzamento das Ruas Floriano Peixoto e Sebastião Franchi. Após o acidente, a motorista fugiu do local sem prestar socorro.

As vítimas sofreram graves ferimentos e estão internadas em um hospital de Americana.

Nesta terça-feira, a polícia localizou o veículo no bairro Cidade Nova e indiciou a motorista de 44 anos. Ela vai responder por fuga de local de acidente e lesão corporal na direção de veículo, sem intenção de ferir.
