Uma mulher em situação de rua foi espancada pelo companheiro de 42 anos, na tarde desta quinta-feira (13), no bairro Vila Belvedere, em Americana (SP). A vítima de 53 anos ficou com diversos hematomas pelo corpo.

De acordo com informações da Polícia Militar (PM), a ocorrência aconteceu na Avenida Paschoal Ardito, por volta das 15h. Uma testemunha ligou para o 190 após flagrar a agressão.

No local, a equipe encontrou a vítima com marcas por todo o corpo. O agressor também tinha algumas lesões, causadas por outros moradores de rua que tentaram impedir a violência contra a mulher.

A PM conduziu os dois envolvidos ao Hospital Municipal para atendimento médico. Logo após a liberação, todos foram para a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ).

O delegado ouviu as partes e determinou a prisão do agressor pelos crimes de violência doméstica e lesão corporal.
