Homem não paga pensão e acaba detido durante operação na Avenida Brasil

Na madrugada desta segunda-feira (01) um homem foi detido por não pagar pensão alimentícia, por volta da 00h37, na Avenida Brasil, em Americana (SP).

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os policiais Cabo Fabio e Soldado Renato estavam realizando a Operação Toque de Restrição quando abobadaram um veículo Vectra.

O motorista foi submetido a revista pessoal, mas nada de ilícito foi encontrado, porém em consulta dos antecedentes criminais constou um mandado de prisão por pensão alimentícia.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde após formalidades o indivíduo foi liberado.
