Empresário na área de sucata é preso por Receptação

Na manhã da ultima sexta-feira (29), um empresário foi preso por receptação de equipamento agrícola no bairro Itamataty em Artur Nogueira/SP.

Os agentes municipais, receberam informações de que equipamentos agrícolas haviam sido furtados de um sítio e que responsáveis pelo equipamento haviam visto um objeto idêntico dentro de uma empresa de sucata.

Diante das informações, os guardas foram até a rua José Ruivo Evangelista e constataram o material pelo barracão, sendo encaminhado junto o responsável do local a delegacia.

Após ter conhecimento dos fatos e ouvir todos os envolvidos o delegado de plantão determinou pela prisão do empresário, pelo crime de Receptação. O equipamento será devolvido ao seu proprietário.
