DIG de Americana resgata menina de sete anos na capital

A Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG) de Americana (SP) cumpriu mandados de busca domiciliar e apreensão de menor nesta terça-feira (02), no bairro Vila Curuça, em São Paulo (SP). Os mandados haviam sido expedidos pela 2ª Vara Criminal de Americana.

Os policiais civis foram até uma residência localizada na Avenida Teodoro Bernardo Nascimento onde uma menina de sete anos estava vivendo irregularmente com a mãe, pois a guarda da mesma foi concedida ao pai que é morador do município de Americana.

A mãe que reside na capital com outros familiares, descumpriu a ordem judicial ao fugir com a criança e isso acabou gerando uma busca e apreensão da menor. A criança foi resgata e encaminhado ao 67º Distrito Policial, onde pai e filha foram liberados para voltar para casa.
