Ex agente penitenciário é preso com armamentos ilegais

Na manhã de quinta-feira (02) Polícia Militar (PM) e Guarda Municipal (GAMA) prenderam um ex agente penitenciário com armas ilegais, no bairro Jardim São Paulo em Americana (SP).

Os agentes estaduais, Cabo Claudia Leal e soldado Ewelize – da ronda escolar – com os agente municipais Subinspetor Cauê, Vanessa e Donizete após chamados em rede de rádio abordaram um rapaz suspeito na frente da escola estadual “Monsenhor Magi” e durante abordagem no carro a qual tinha a chave em seu bolso foi localizado uma calibre 12, sem registro.

Indagado sobre o armamento, disse ter tido uma discussão com um flanelinha daquela rua, chamado Bruno e após ser ameaçado com um pedaço de pau, foi até sua casa, pegou a arma e iria matar o rapaz.

Diante da arma não registrada o ex agente penitenciário foi preso em flagrante, sendo levado até sua residência para pegar documentos pessoais, porém os policiais encontraram mais armas e munições.  Uma pessoa que estava no imóvel também foi presa.

Todos os objetos apreendidos, bem como o rapaz, de 56 anos estão sendo apresentados na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ).
