Homem é preso em Piracicaba por descumprir medida protetiva

A Guarda Municipal (GCM) deteve um homem de 44 anos por descumprimento de medida protetiva, na manhã desta segunda-feira (2), em Piracicaba (SP). Ele teria ameaçado sua ex-companheira.

A GCM foi acionada a um supermercado da Rua Adelmo Cavagioni, no distrito de Santa Terezinha, para averiguar um descumprimento de medida protetiva. No local, a vítima de 40 anos relatou aos guardas que seu ex, de 44, teria aparecido no supermercado onde ela trabalha e dito a ela que “esperaria por ela do lado de fora” do estabelecimento.

Na sequência, a vítima conta que conseguiu se desvencilhar e pedir ajuda aos seguranças.

A Patrulha Maria da Penha, com apoio da Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (Romu), realizou um patrulhamento pelas proximidades e localizou o homem na Rua João Paulino de Almeida. Ele foi detido e levado até a Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM), onde a delegada o autuou em flagrante e o manteve preso.
