Grupo de Proteção Ambiental flagra descarte irregular de resíduos no Santa Alice

O Grupo de Proteção Ambiental (GPA) da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) flagrou um descarte irregular de resíduos nas proximidades do bairro Santa Alice, por volta das 13h45 desta sexta-feira (02), em Santa Bárbara d’ Oeste (SP).

Os agentes Rogério e Siqueira foram informados de um descarte irregular na Estrada dos Confederados. No local havia um caminhão de cor amarela fazendo descarte de terra misturado com gramas e outros detritos em um terreno sem autorização.

Dois indivíduos foram atoados pela o valor de $ 3072,74, bem como o caminhão apreendido ao pátio único da cidade, conforme Lei Municipal.
