Adolescente é apreendido após fraturar rosto da companheira em Cosmópolis

Um adolescente de 17 anos foi apreendido após agredir gravemente sua companheira, nesta quarta-feira (02), em Cosmópolis (SP). A prisão foi realizada pela Polícia Civil (PC) juntamente com a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM).

Os guardas municipais Ferreira, Gargantini e Calvi foram acionados para atender uma ocorrência de Maria da Penha. Com o apoio dos policiais civis as equipes iniciaram patrulhamento e conseguiram localizar o adolescente na casa de sue amigo.

A vítima que já estava no Pronto Socorro com uma fratura no rosto, informou que o autor já havia antecedentes criminais por tráfico de drogas e receptação.

O caso foi encaminhado à Delegacia de Polícia, onde o menor infrator permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
