Homem é preso por receptação pela Polícia Civil de Campinas

A Polícia Civil prendeu, nesta sexta-feira (03), um homem comercializando modens de empresa de conexão de dados no bairro Jardim Esmeraldina, em Campinas (SP).

Após receber informações de representantes da empresa CLARO/NET de que modens estavam sendo desviados e que parte estariam sendo comercializados, policiais da 1ª Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG) realizaram diligencias e localizaram 10 modens da empresa de telefonia. O representante da empresa CLARO/NET, confirmaram a propriedade dos aparelhos encontrados.

Um homem, de 49 anos, confirmou que adquiria os aparelhos por funcionários da empresa CALRO/NET, comprando por 100 reais e que revendia por 180 reais. Ele foi preso em flagrante por receptação qualificada e permaneceu preso na cadeia do 2º Distrito Policial à disposição da Justiça.

As investigações prosseguem para a identificação dos funcionários da empresa que realizam os desvios dos aparelhos que são vendidos no comercio informal.
