Polícia Federal cumpre mandado de busca e apreensão contra pornografia infantil em Nova Odessa

Nesta quinta-feira (03) a Polícia Federal (PF) cumpriu mandado de busca e apreensão na casa de um suspeito de possuir e compartilhar pornografia infantil, em Nova Odessa (SP).

De acordo com a polícia, o mandado foi expedido pela 1ª Vara Federal de Americana, o investigado confessou a prática, mas não foi preso, em razão da ausência de compartilhamento no momento das buscas.

Ele responderá pelos crimes de previstos nos artigos 241-A e 241-B do Estatuto da Criança e Adolescente (ECA).Sete HDs foram apreendidos.
