PM Ambiental detém trio e impede soltura de balão na região de Limeira

A Polícia Militar Ambiental deteve três pessoas que tentavam soltar um balão de 20 metros, na sexta-feira (01), em Santa Cruz da Conceição, região de Limeira (SP).

Com o trio foram encontrados, além do balão, equipamentos usados na fabricação e soltura de balões.

Os autores foram multados e responderão por crime ambiental. A ocorrência contou com o apoio da Guarda Civil Metropolitana de Santa Cruz.

A polícia reitera que essa prática ilícita pode causar incêndios em residências, indústrias e florestas, bem como colocar em risco aviões e seus respectivos passageiros.

Fabricar, vender, transportar e soltar balões é crime previsto no art. 42 da Lei nº 9.605/98, e pessoas envolvidas nessa prática podem responder também por atentar contra a navegação aérea.
