Em 2h, GAMA apreende dois veículos por poluição sonora e perturbação do sossego

Na noite desta segunda-feira (03) a Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA) apreendeu dois veículos por poluição sonora e perturbação do sossego, nos bairro Cidade Jardim e Jardim Helena, em Americana (SP).

O primeiro caso aconteceu por volta das 19h07, na Rua das Azaleias. Os agentes Cristian e Oliveira estavam patrulhando quando avistaram uma motocicleta com o escapamento alterado causando ruídos.

O veículo foi apreendido e encaminhado ao Pátio Municipal da cidade. O motorista foi autuado nas leis cabíveis.

A segunda apreensão aconteceu por volta das 21h, na Rua Mauro Schiavoni, no bairro Jardim Helena. Os mesmo patrulheiros apreenderam um veículo Saveiro que estava com o volume do som excessivo.

Foram elaboradas as leis cabíveis e o veículo também foi recolhido ao Pátio Municipal.
