Criança é retirada da mãe por maus-tratos em S. Bárbara

Uma criança de 10 anos foi retirada da mãe pelo Conselho Tutelar por maus- tratos na tarde desta quarta-feira (03), em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP). O caso aconteceu no bairro rural Jardim Augusto Cavalheiro.

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, o Conselho Tutelar recebeu uma denúncia de que havia uma criança sendo mal tratada pela mãe na Rua João Domingues Campos.

Uma equipe foi até o local e encontrou a menina com marcas pelo corpo. A criança informou que foi agredida após pedir para ver o pai.

A mãe alegou que bateu na vítima com chinelos e tapas, pois ela estava sendo desobediente ao pedir para ver o pai.

A menina foi retirada da local e a corporação tomará as medidas necessárias. O caso foi registrado como violência doméstica na Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM).
