Procurado por furto é preso pela ROMU

Na tarde desta terça-feira (3), um homem que estava foragido,foi preso por furto pela Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (ROMU), no bairro Jardim Recanto em Americana.

Em patrulhamento Tático de ROMU Canil, a equipe do subinspetor Charles e dos guardas Fernandes e A. Fernandes, juntos à cadela Rayka, avistou quatro indivíduos em local de constante vendas de drogas em área de mata.

Foi procedida a abordagem e após busca pessoal realizada, nada de interesse policial encontrado. Realizado procedimentos de faro com a K9 Rayka e nada ilícito localizado.

Foi realizada a pesquisa nominal, todos constataram criminal em vários artigos, porém três deles foram liberados e um quarto indivíduo havia um mandado de prisão em aberto.

Este foi detido e apresentado à Central de Polícia Judiciária local, sendo realizada nova consulta, confirmando o referido mandado pelo crime de furto, e após procedimentos cartorários de polícia judiciária, o indivíduo foi recolhido à Cadeia Pública de Sumaré.
