Na manhã desta quinta-feira (3), um mandado de prisão foi executado pela Guarda Municipal contra um homem procurado pelo crime de atos obscenos, no bairro Vila Jones em Americana.

Em patrulhamento Tático de ROMU Canil, a equipe do subinspetor Charles e dos guardas A Fernandes e Cordeiro, recebeu informações de que um indivíduo procurado da justiça estava no bairro Vila Jones.

Sendo fornecidas as características físicas e vestes, o indivíduo foi encontrado e abordado, em revista nada de ilícito foi localizado. Através de pesquisa nominal, constatou-se um mandado de prisão pela incidência criminal de atos obscenos.

A equipe conduziu o averiguado até a unidade de polícia judiciária e após procedimentos cartorários de polícia judiciária, o indivíduo foi liberado, devido ao mandado de prisão ser em regime aberto.
