Homem é preso após ameaçar familiares com simulacro em Americana

Um homem foi preso após ameaçar familiares com uma arma de fogo na noite desta quinta-feira (04), em Americana (SP). O caso aconteceu por volta das 22h15, no bairro Balneário Riviera.

De acordo com a corporação, os policiais Soldado Renato e Cabo Fábio foram informados sobre o caso e compareceram até a residência dos fatos. No local a sobrinha relatou que o tio, ex presidiário, havia os ameaçado com uma arma de fogo e fugiu com a chegada da equipe.

Com as informações da indivíduo a equipe realizou diligências e conseguiu localizar o autor na avenida mencionada. O mesmo foi abordado e durante a revista pessoal foi localizado um simulacro de pistola.

Diante dos fatos, as vítimas juntamente com o criminoso foram encaminhados à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o mesmo permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
