Evadido do CPP de Hortolândia é preso em Piracicaba

Um homem de 28 anos, evadido do Centro de Progressão Penitenciária (CPP) de Hortolândia (SP), foi preso por policiais do 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep) na cidade de Piracicaba (SP). Ele foi localizado e detido na manhã desta quarta-feira (5).

Policiais do 10º Baep faziam patrulhamento pelo bairro Novo Horizonte, na zona sul de Piracicaba, quando abordaram o homem pela Rua Antônio Flávio de Andrade.

Durante a abordagem, ficou constatado, após pesquisa aos sistemas de inteligência da Polícia Militar, que ele estava evadido do sistema prisional da cidade de Hortolândia desde o dia 03 de janeiro deste ano, onde cumpria pena por crime de tráfico de drogas.

Diante dos fatos, ele foi detido e levado à Unidade de Polícia Judiciária (UPJ) de Piracicaba, onde o delegado elaborou um boletim de ocorrência de captura de procurado e o recolheu à carceragem.
