Homem é morto por soldado da PM; polícia diz que tiro foi acidente

Um homem de 35 anos foi morto por um soldado da Polícia Militar (PM) durante a noite de quinta-feira (6) no bairro Jardim Mônica, em Campinas. A suspeita é que o disparo foi acidental. A polícia já investiga o caso.

Segundo as investigações, o rapaz estava de bicicleta em frente à paróquia do bairro quando levantou suspeitas do policial. O soldado teria pedido para que ele tirasse as mãos do guidão, mas segundo o Pm, o rapaz teria levado as mãos na cintura. Foi neste momento que o policial teria atirado. 

Mais tarde, a polícia descobriu que era um celular que a vítima tentou pegar.

O corpo da vítima foi levado ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML). O caso vai ser investigado.
