Homem que armazenava arquivos pedopornográficos é preso pela PF em S. Bárbara

 A Polícia Federal cumpriu nesta quinta-feira (06) mandado de busca e apreensão em face de suspeito de posse de fotografias e vídeos envolvendo abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes, residente em Santa Bárbara d´Oeste (SP).

O mandado foi expedido pela Justiça Federal de Americana e cumprido com todas cautelas devidas, apesar da pandemia causada pelo COVID-19.

Em razão do armazenamento dos arquivos, o investigado, de 52 anos, foi preso em flagrante. Foram localizados 22 gigas em mais de 450 arquivos de imagens e vídeos pornográficos de crianças e adolescentes.

Ele responderá pelo crime previsto no artigo 241-B da Lei 8069/90 e, se condenado, poderá cumprir pena que varia de 1 a 4 anos de reclusão.
