Preso que não voltou da saidinha de fim de ano é capturado pelo 10°BAEP

Um indivíduo que não retornou ao sistema prisional após a saidinha de fim de ano, foi capturado por policiais do 10°BAEP, na tarde desta segunda-feira (07), no bairro Jardim São Paulo em Piracicaba-SP.

Segundo informações passadas pela corporação, durante o patrulhamento pela rua Ingá, a equipe avistou o indivíduo de 39 anos que já estava conhecido por ter se evadido do sistema prisional, tendo saído no benefício de saída temporária de fim de ano, não retornando na data prevista.

A equipe realizou a abordagem onde nada de ilícito foi localizado. Após pesquisa via Centro de Operações da PM (COPOM), constou como evadido da Penitenciária de Pacaembú, havendo contra ele um mandado de prisão até 2038 por tráfico de drogas.

O indivíduo foi conduzido ao plantão policial onde permaneceu à disposição da justiça.
