Bebê engasgado é salvo pela PM em Americana

Um bebê de 15 dias foi salvo pela Polícia Militar (PM) de Americana (SP) na noite desta quinta-feira (6). O recém-nascido engasgou após ingerir um medicamento.

A mãe do bebê acionou a equipe na Base Comunitária do Jardim Ipiranga e contou aos policiais que ele não estava respirando.

Rapidamente, foi feita a manobra Heimlich para desobstruir as vias respiratórias da criança, que voltou a respirar em seguida.

Após o primeiro atendimento, o bebê foi levado ao pronto-socorro da cidade, onde permaneceu em observação.
