Segundo o boletim de ocorrência, o condutor e a vítima trafegavam na mesma via, Rua Guilherme Mano, porém em sentidos opostos.
A condutora informou aos policiais que, ao efetuar uma curva, o menino vinha no sentido contrário no meio da via, ocorrendo a colisão.
A vítima foi socorrida pelo Samu ao Hospital Madre Vanini.
