Homem é preso por descumprir medida protetiva e ameaçar ex-companheira no Jardim América

Na manha desta quinta-feira (06), por volta das 10h28, um homem foi preso após ameaçar de morte sua ex-companheira, na Avenida José Cordenunsi, no bairro Jardim América, em Americana (SP).

Os agentes da Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA), Moura e Edilaine, foram solicitados para tender uma ocorrência de descumprimento de medida protetiva.

No local, foi constado um casal discutindo, após contato com as partes a mulher informou que seu ex- compnaheiro estria a ameaçando de morte por não aceitar o fim do relacionamento. A vítima já tinha mediada protetiva contra o autor.

O caso foi encaminhado à Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM), onde o indivíduo permaneceu preso.
