Estuprador de adolescente é preso pela DIG de Americana

Um borracheiro acusado de estuprar uma adolescente de 13 anos foi preso na madrugada desta segunda-feira (08), em Limeira (SP). A prisão foi realizada pela Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG) de Americana (SP).

De acordo com a corporação, o crime aconteceu em 2009 em Artur Nogueira (SP) e o mandado de prisão foi expedido pelo Fórum da cidade. A sentença foi proferida em 2017, porém o estuprador estava foragido desde do dia da expedição do mandado.

A prisão foi realizada em uma residência localizada às margens da Rodovia SP-133, Bairro Lopes, em Limeira (SP).

O criminoso de 42 anos foi conduzido à sede da DIG, onde prestou depoimento e depois foi escoltado até o Complexo Penitenciário de Sorocaba (SP), que abriga os detidos por crimes sexuais.
