Baep de Piracicaba apreende 2,5 mil maços de cigarros vindos do Paraguai

Nesta terça-feira (08) a equipe do Batalhão de Ações Especiais da Polícia Militar (Baep) apreendeu 2,5 mil maços de cigarros vindos do Paraguai, em Piracicaba (SP). Também foram apreendidos um veículo e R$ 912.

A equipe estava em patrulhamento quando avistaram um veículo na contramão, na Avenida Luiz Ralph Benatti, no bairro Mário Dedini. Após fazerem o retorno, o veículo acelerou tentando despistar a viatura, seguindo por diversas ruas e sendo abordados na entrada do bairro Bosques do Lenheiro.

No veículo havia duas pessoas e durante buscas no veículo foram encontrados os maços de cigarros.

Os abordados confessaram que os cigarros eram do Paraguai. O caso foi encaminhado à Polícia Federal, onde o delegado elaborou o boletim de ocorrência.

Um dos indivíduos já preso em flagrante pelo mesmo crime outras três vezes.
