A residência fica na Rua Máximo Beduschi, no bairro Gilda.
No momento do incêndio, apenas um cachorro doente estava dentro do imóvel. Os bombeiros retiraram o animal da casa e fizeram o combate às chamas.
Ninguém ficou ferido.
