Indivíduo com mandado de prisão é apresentado pela ROCAM

Nessa segunda-feira (08), um indivíduo com mandado de prisão foi apresentado pela ROCAM. O homem foi abordado no cruzamento da Av. Brasil com a rua Florindo Cibin em Americana-SP.

Equipe de Rocam (Ronda Ostensiva Com Apoio de Motocicletas) em patrulhamento pela cidade de Americana, quando no cruzamento da avenida Brasil com a rua Florindo Cibin, foi visualizado um indivíduo em atitudes suspeitas.

O indivíduo, ao perceber a aproximação dos agentes, demonstrou certo nervosismo, o que motivou a abordagem. Após busca pessoal, nada de ilícito foi localizado.

Porém, ao consultar a documentação pessoal, foi constatado um mandado de prisão em seu desfavor. Diante disso, foi conduzido a Central de Polícia Judiciária, onde foi elaborado o boletim de ocorrência de procurado capturado e o indivíduo liberado após tomar ciência dos fatos.
