10º Baep prende foragido da Justiça no Jardim Ipiranga em Americana

O 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep) prendeu na noite desta segunda-feira (08) um homem procurado pela Justiça, em Americana (SP). A prisão foi realizada por volta das 22h15, no bairro Jardim Ipiranga.

De acordo com a corporação, policiais receberam uma denúncia de que havia um indivíduo foragido da Justiça residindo na Rua Itambé e foram até o endereço;

O homem foi detido e em busca pessoal nada de ilícito foi encontrado, porém em consulta de antecedentes criminais constou um mandado de prisão a cumprir.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o mesmo permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
