Procurado pela Justiça passa identidade falsa para não ser preso

Na noite desta quinta-feira (07) a Guarda Municipal prendeu um homem de 26 anos, procurado pela Justiça, por volta das 21h50, no bairro Jardim São Francisco, em Santa Bárbara d’ Oeste (SP).

A equipe composta pelos agentes Cleber e Damaceno estavam patrulhando pelo bairro Belo Horizonte quando avistaram um veículo Corsa suspeito. O motorista ao ver a viatura fugiu, porém foi acompanhado e abordado.

De início o condutor passou uma identidade, porém os patrulheiros já o conheciam e sabiam seu verdadeiro nome. O indivíduo estava sendo procurado pela Justiça pelo crime de tráfico de drogas (Art.33).

O homem foi levado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
