Indivíduo foragido por estupro de vulnerável é localizado pela PM em Americana

Um indivíduo, até então foragido da Justiça por crime de estupro de vulnerável, foi preso pela PM por volta das 14h30 desta terça-feira (09), em Americana (SP). Ele tem 37 anos.

A PM informou que fazia patrulhamento de rotina pela Avenida Unitika, no bairro Jardim Helena, momento em que se deparou com um veículo Fiat Palio no contra-fluxo do tráfego. Além do nervosismo que o motorista teve, ele veio a acelerar de forma brusca. Isso motivou uma abordagem.

Durante a abordagem, policiais realizaram uma consulta via COPOM, onde ficou constatado que ele tinha um mandado de prisão em seu desfavor, datado de 27 de outubro de 2021, por crime de estupro de vulnerável.

Diante do exposto, ele foi conduzido à central de polícia judiciária, onde permaneceu preso.
