Indivíduo é preso após descumprir medida protetiva contra a mãe

Um homem foi preso após descumprir medida protetiva contra a própria mãe nesta quarta-feira (09), no bairro Jardim América, em Americana (SP).

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os soldados Podsclan e Rapanello foram acionados para atender uma ocorrência na Rua Luis Fornazieiro.

No local a vítima informou que seu filho estava escondido dentro do banheiro. Durante a abordagem nada de ilícito foi encontrado, porém ele estava descumprindo a medida protetiva.

O caso foi encaminha à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o indivíduo permaneceu preso.
