Procurado por roubo é preso pela PM no Santa Rita

Na noite desta terça-feira (10), um homem procurado pela Justiça foi preso no bairro Santa Rita, em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP). O caso aconteceu por volta das 20h41 e foi atendido pela Polícia Militar (PM).

Policiais militares estacam em patrulhamento quando depararam com o indivíduo no momento em que iria adentrar a residência, sendo de imediato abordado e submetido à busca pessoal, aonde nada de ilícito foi localizado.

O rapaz de 25 ano foi preso após a equipe constatar um mandado de prisão em seu desfavor, artigo 157 do código penal (roubo).

O caso foi apresentado no Plantão Policial, onde o procurado permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
