Carro furtado na Rua do Porto é encontrado em matagal de Piracicaba

A Viatura Rural da Guarda Municipal (GCM) encontrou, na manhã desta terça-feira (10), um carro abandonado em um matagal na área rural de Piracicaba (SP). O veículo havia sido furtado na Rua do Porto no último domingo, dia 8.

O matagal fica no quilômetro 174 da Rodovia Geraldo de Barros (SP-304), região do bairro Itaperu, sentido São Pedro (SP). Os guardas estavam em patrulhamento pelo local, quando encontraram o carro abandonado no meio do mato. Após fazer uma pesquisa ao chassi, ficou constatado que o veículo havia sido furtado no último dia 8, na Rua do Porto.

A ocorrência foi apresentada no 4º Distrito Policial do município. Já o veículo foi recolhido ao pátio.
