Foragido por roubo é localizado e preso em Rio das Pedras

Um foragido da Justiça de 24 anos foi localizado e preso por policiais do 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep), na noite desta terça-feira (10), em Rio das Pedras (SP). Ele era procurado por crime de roubo.

Policiais do 10º Baep faziam patrulhamento pela cidade, quando localizaram o foragido de 24 anos na Rua Leonildo Rosinele, no bairro Residencial José Ângelo Montagnane. Como ele portava tornozeleira eletrônica, tentou fugir, porém acabou abordado.

Nada de ilícito foi encontrado com ele durante a abordagem. Contudo, após pesquisa à sua situação criminal, ele constou como procurado pela Justiça por crime de roubo.

Diante dos fatos, ele foi conduzido ao Plantão Policial de Piracicaba, onde ficou preso à disposição da Justiça.
